Fan Fest is the Panthers largest preseason event and first full in-stadium experience ahead of the season. The campaign was designed to build excitement around the return to Panthers football while driving ticket sales and fan engagement.

Created the selected key visual direction for Fan Fest 2025 and led execution across the campaign rollout. Designed the primary event branding and supporting assets across digital, social, and stadium placements, including team roster cards, credentials, event invitations, A-frame signage, and additional in-stadium event materials.

Extended the campaign across web, social, app placements, digital signage, and in-stadium displays leading up to the event. The campaign contributed to 45,690 tickets sold, $190K+ in revenue, and a 70% show rate, marking a major increase from the previous year’s attendance and engagement.

BEHIND THE DESIGN
Designed to amplify the full Fan Fest experience, giving fans their first chance to see Panthers stars and incoming rookies alongside performances from the TopCats, Purrcussion Drumline, Sir Purr, and fireworks show. The composition balanced football with entertainment to capture the scale and atmosphere of the event and help position Fan Fest as the official kickoff to the season.

Roster Cards
BEHIND THE DESIGN
Distributed to all Fan Fest attendees as a collectible takeaway, the roster cards quickly became a fan-favorite autograph piece throughout the event. The double-sided system organized the full active roster by numerical and alphabetical order, balancing dense player information with clear hierarchy and readability. Sponsor integrations, schedule information, and event branding were seamlessly incorporated throughout the layout while maintaining a clean, collectible feel consistent with the overall Fan Fest identity.
